At GreatLakes, we obtain used Caterpillar® machines and used Caterpillar® parts on a regular basis. We refurbish them in our Chicagoland facility. Every part, big and small, painstakingly inspected and cleaned. We immediately add used Caterpillar® parts and components that are in the best condition to our inventory. If they require rebuild service, we test them to find if they are worthy of resale. Only the ones that pass our rigorous screening process are refurbished and inventoried. We discard those that fail, or offer them while completely disclosing their true condition. Here are some examples of the selection of used Caterpillar® parts we carry:
