Elements are formed in the mold under the strong hydraulic pressure and vibrations on the lower as well as upper side of the mold.

Concrete feeding is performed manually (by wheelbarrow) and machine is delivered with special cart for palette transportation.

This machine has proven as ideal solution for production of relatively small series of concrete elements as well as one of the most profitable one.

Concrete block machine VPS–1000 can produce: building blocks, concrete tiles, paving stones (pavers), curbstones, chimney elements etc.
